If your home has not been professionally cleaned within the last month, then we require a more heavy duty cleaning.
But there’s good news!
Since our Deep Cleaning services are charged at an hourly rate, the total time commitment will be much less for a cleaner home.
So, if your apartment is clean, it won’t need much elbow grease, will take much less time, and save you a 14er’s worth of money.
A labor hour is defined as one hour of labor performed by one cleaning professional. Just a fancy way of saying: per hour, per cleaner.
Here’s an example:
If a team of 2 cleaners completes your cleaning between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, then they completed a total of 6 labor hours. The same is true if a single cleaner completes your cleaning from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. In both examples, 6 labor hours were completed. Having 2 cleaners or 1 cleaner DOES NOT affect the final price, only the time occupying your home. There is a 4 labor hour minimum for any job.
Billable time may include loading and unloading supplies & equipment from a vehicle. If you have any questions regarding labor hours or billing procedures please call the office prior to your scheduled cleaning.
A good rule of thumb is 1 labor hour for every 250 square feet you’d like to be cleaned.
Use this equation to determine the number of hours you need when booking online: Your home’s sq. ft./250
Example:
If your home is 2500 sq. ft., then we would estimate 10 labor hours (2500/250) to complete the cleaning or 2 cleaners for 5 hours.
Cleanings vary depending on the condition of the property upon our team’s arrival. The dirtier the property, the longer it will take. We like to provide a rough estimate according to size, but since every home condition is different it could take more or less time than our fancy equation.
